Sir, i am 61-A hypertensive and diabetic patient-Currently i am on glimisave M2 1-0-1 and Zomelitis 50/500 AL.I walk 1nhr a day-never taste sweety stuff,my fasting is 110-120 and PP is 147-166- Is this ok Sir?

Greetings Sir I am M 55 and diabetes under control. why at time I feel hungry after 2 hours of Break fast? Is it because I take less quantity of BF?

I am 58 year old male and very much active.Three months back my HbA1c was recorded at 8.8 my doctor presccribed Glycomet GP3/850 before BF and Dapasech-S(10/100) after dinner. I regularly measure Glucose level on Glucometer and I find both PP and FBS well within range even after taking sweets at times. Am I taking too much medicine?

My doctor has advised control the HBa1c within 7. Please advise how I would maintain the same Secondly for tooth ache the Dentist has prescribed RR Sensofrom gel. I am 65 yrs old and diabetic since last 21 yrs. I am on medication ie Metformin SR 1gm, Glimpirde 2mg, and sitaglyptin 50mg. with some multivit. Sugar level remain always around 150 to 190 ( F & PP )latest diagnostic for Hb1AC is 7.6 and creatinine 1.1 . these 2 reading never fall below this level. My Physician has not prescribed any more medicine. Is it OK or anything is better suggestive at your end.

My wife aged 61 years is a diabetic since 1994.She is weighing 83 kgs and ht is 5.5 ft. Now we are using Insulin Tresiba (20-0-20 units), Insulin Fiasp(18-16-18units ) , Jardiance 25mg-1 daily in the morning , Istamet 50/500 - 1 dialy in the morning , Carbophage XR500-1 in the night as diabetic medicines. Her HbA1c was ranging from 7.5- 8.5. Her last Serum creatinine level in January 2023 is 1.2. The Fasting sugar level is ranging between 110 - 145 in this month sofar. Random sugar in the other time of the day is 140- 210. She is also a BP patient taking Telma 40, Telma CT6.25/40 and Praxopress XL 2.5 - each one daily. Bp readings are 140 -145 / 60-68. Thyroid(taking Thyronorm 75mcg daily) and cholestrol( Rosuvas CV10 daily) are under control . Please advise how to decrease HbA1C to a level of 6-7 . Is these medicines are helpful in maintaining her health staedily?. she is south indian and taking rice normally and wheat onec in 2 days in the night time. Is the creatinine level indicates any deterioration in Kidney function? The medicines indicated above are kidney friendly? Your advise to maintain a safe healthy life is required please

Hi. I'm 64 yrs young, an insurance agent by profession. my fasting sugar is 117.36 and PP is 164.22. Report is dated 20 Apr 2023. Blood pressure reading is 139/83. My LDL cholestrol level is 161.35. CHOL/HDL CHOL RATIO is 4.97.All above report dated 20 April 2023. I'm taking Amlip-5 one tablet a day. Yesterday my physician who is BAMS suggested Arjunarisht kadha 20 ML-2 times a day. I do exercise on OPen gym equipments and walk about 2kms a day. I'm non-smoker. My weight is 94.5 KG. Please guide.

I am 76 years old Male. I have diabetes Type 2 for the last about 10 years although there is no physical symptom. Apart from other medication I am on INSULIN twice a day, but there is no relief. I am LADA patient since 2010. Taking Bosul n Basel insulin doses. Am having good diet control, however sugar doesn't remain under control. Insulin dose need to be increased every few quarters particularity during winter. Please suggest better ways. Apurva Rughani

Currently i eat a mild medicine a day to control diabetes. The last 2 fasting results have been 88 and 110.
